Cuvée Labs is a small company working on two sides of the same subject: importing Swiss wine to the United Kingdom, and building software that helps people understand what is in the glass.

Very little Swiss wine ever leaves Switzerland. Most of it is drunk at home, which is why so few British lists carry any. That is the gap we work in.
Direct to the grower
We are based in Switzerland as well as London. We buy from the people who make the wine, and we go and see them.
A selection, not a catalogue
The range is deliberately short. Every wine on it is there because we wanted to drink it, not to fill a category.
